Well, it should be mentioned that there are two ways of getting to Belarus: by means of the business visa and tourist visa. Let’s talk about it in details: To obtain a business visa you need to get an official invitation proceeded through the Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs, department of Passports and Visas. This document will let you get a visa at the Belarusian Consulate in your country. To make out business visa for you the following documents are required: - the copy of your passport( the page with the signature and personal information)- application form PLEASE FILL IN THE APPLICATION FORM TO APPLY FOR BUSINESS INVITATION: 1 e-mail 2 full name 3 sex ( male/female) 4 date of birth 5 place of birth 6 citizenship 7 passport number 8 date of issue 9 date of expiry 10 occupation ( address of the organization you are working at/ phone number/ fax number) 11 permanent postal address 12 the nearest Belarusian Consulate to your living place 13 arrival date 14 departure date 15 fax number for sending the invitation Types of the visa single entry visa up to 1 month single entry visa up to 3 monthsdouble entry visa up to 1 monthdouble entry visa up to 3 months multiple entry visa up to 3 monthsmultiple entry visa up to 6 monthsmultiple entry visa up to 12 months
To obtain a tourist visa, you should get an official invitation and a voucher from the Authorized Belarusian Travel Company (see below). Tourist visa will suit you perfectly if you are going to stay on the territory of Belarus not more than 30 days. The following documents are required to obtain an official invitation-letter. 1. a scanned copy of your passport. They need the following information from you. 1.e-mail 2.your full name 3.sex (male/female) 4.date of birth 5.place of birth 6.citizenship 7.passport number 8. date of issue 9. date of expire 10. postal address 11. arrival date 12. departure date 13. phone number 14. fax number
As soon as we get information about you the copy of the invitation-letter will be sent to you by e-mail or fax. Tourist visa is valid for 30 days and can be arranged within 3 working days.
